Moonlit Mysteries: Stargazing + Haunted History Boat Tour

ST. AUGUSTINE, Florida (February 13, 2025) – It's one of the most haunted places in the United States — where the supernatural pervades every historic landmark, from the Lighthouse to the Old Jail to the Castillo de San Marcos. It’s our beloved St. Augustine, the oldest settled city in the U.S., where the paranormal is normal and where history hides inside the coquina walls of old pubs and inns. With the stars glowing from above and the moon casting shadows in the water’s wake, the Moonlit Mysteries Night Cruise hosted by Florida Water Tours takes you across the Matanzas Bay to the bayfront. Combining narrated stargazing, ancient navigation, and intriguing, spooky tales of the ancient city after dark, it’s a cruise you’ll always remember.

Founded by Jessica Jadick in 2016, Florida Water Tours is a family-owned and operated ecotourism company based in St. Augustine. Her captains and crew are passionate environmental advocates who specialize in fun and educational boat tours for vacationers and locals alike, highlighting the beauty — and ghostly spirit — of St. Augustine’s Intracoastal Waterways and maritime ecosystem.

“We love sharing our passion for nature and wildlife with every guest that comes aboard,” shares Jadick. “Whether it’s narrating the stars above our beautiful coastal waterways or sharing the spooky lore of our hometown, it’s a dream to offer these immersive and fun experiences.”
