20th Annual St. Johns All-County High School Art Show

ST. AUGUSTINE, Florida (March 12, 2025) – The St. Augustine Art Association’s 20th Annual St. Johns All-County High School Art Show celebrates the artistic talents of high school students throughout St. Johns County. Presented in partnership with St. Johns County Schools, students from ninth to twelfth grade present their work for display and adjudication. The exhibit will be held at the St. Augustine Art Association, 22 Marine Street in St. Augustine, and online at staaa.org from April 4th through April 27th.

“Each year, our staff and judges are impressed with the emotional and technical maturity we see in emerging young artists,” says Jennifer Flynt, Executive Director of STAAA. “The students are intentional with their work and show incredible diversity and depth in medium and creative application. It also speaks highly of our local art teachers and shows how critical it is to have art in schools.”

The exhibit will showcase over 150 works of art, including 2- and 3-D creations. Last year’s Best of Show was awarded to Tocoi Creek High School 11th grader Sienna Predeek for her painting “New Year, New Me,” created under the teachings of J. Cabrera. The 20th Annual St. Johns All-County High School Art Show will be displayed at the St. Augustine Art Association from April 4th through April 27th. The exhibit is available online at any time and in the gallery from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesdays through Sundays. The show will include works by students enrolled in art programs throughout the St. Johns County School District. This exhibit celebrates creativity and supports students by fostering an appreciation for art and recognizing the talented youth in the area.

The exhibit opens during St. Augustine’s First Friday Art Walk on Friday, April 4th, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Gallery visitors can also enjoy the Miniature Marvels exhibit, which runs concurrently. The 20th Annual St. Johns All-County High School Art Show is presented in partnership with the St. Johns County Schools and sponsored by LeShane CPA. It and Miniature Marvels are also sponsored partly by grants from the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council, the St. Johns County Cultural Council, the Community Foundation for Northeast Florida, and the Benjamin & Jean Troemel Arts Foundation.
